Refund policy
At Vivid Hair Store we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer a straightforward refund process in accordance with this policy.
1. 14-Day Return Window
You have 14 calendar days from the date you received your item to initiate a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: new, unused, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
2. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact us at hello@vividhairstore.com.au Please provide your order number and the reason for your return. If your return is accepted, we will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
3. Return Shipping
The customer is responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

5. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
We do not charge any restocking fees for returns.
6. Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (like food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
7. Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
8. Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at hello@vividhairstore.com.au if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
