Order Processing Time

All orders placed with Vivid Hair Store are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday through Sunday) from the time of purchase. This processing time allows us to prepare your order for shipment, conduct quality checks, and package it securely. Orders are not shipped or delivered on holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email at hello@vividhairstore.com.au

Shipping Transit Time

Once your order has been processed and shipped, the estimated transit time for delivery is typically 3-5 business days (Monday through Sunday). Please note that transit times are estimates and may vary due to factors outside of Vivid Hair Store's control, such as carrier delays or unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Cut-off Time

The daily cut-off time for order processing is 11 PM (GMT+10:00) AEST (Sydney). Orders placed after this time will begin processing on the next business day.

Shipping Costs

A flat rate shipping fee of $11.95 AUD applies to all orders shipped within our designated shipping destinations.

Vivid Hair Store partners with reliable shipping carriers to ensure your order reaches you safely and efficiently. Our primary shipping carrier is Australia Post.

Currently, Vivid Hair Store ships exclusively to destinations within Australia.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. You can use this number to track the status of your package directly on the carrier's website.
